Something a bit different today and also a different location. Back in the uk at the moment. And helping a family friend out. 2015 ford focus diesel timing belt replacement, all the correct timing tools purchased to complete this job that made it pretty straight forward. The belt was definitely due a replacement with it being 10 years old and 100,000 miles on the clock.





Head gaskets completed and ready to go on this ej25 engine. Will be good for another 200,000kms.

2001 Wrx in for a gearbox and diff swap, previous owner decided to convert this to just RWD, current owner decided time to go back to AWD, and the gearbox had failed so a good excuse to fix.
All swapped over and fresh oils fitted. ✅.

Wrx back up and running after a 2nd hand bottom end fitted. No more knocking noise as there is oil in this engine. 😉.





Wrapped this g3 Wrx up this morning, went back together super smooth, ready for the customer to do 1000km@steady driving...

Wrx in for a block replacement, customer stated that the engine started knocking…. Oil is an important part of maintaining an engine!!! Drain maybe 1 liter out!!
Stripped a 2nd hand ej255 down to use the block and add the Wrx heads on it.. full on day of stripping and swapping parts.
Tomorrow will be inlet and exhaust back on and then back in the car.

Subaru outback back in for head gaskets, we did this car maybe 4 years ago and it has not lasted due to the customer supplying a cheap gaskets kit. This car was leaking oil from the head gaskets, time to strip and re seal everything on the top end.





Returning customer in for a power steering pump change over. Cheaper to change than to rebuild. Customer supplied parts ...

Returning customer in for a power steering pump change over. Cheaper to change than to rebuild. Customer supplied parts and it was a simple swap over. Good to see this engine running spot on that we built about a year ago. 💪🏻.
