Mazda CX-5

Customer Complaint:
Customer reported that the engine warning light was illuminated on the dashboard and a noise was coming from the engine.

Diagnosis:
Diagnosed the vehicle and found the engine was misfiring. Inspected the ignition system and found the spark plugs were overdue for replacement. Further inspection found cracks on the sides of the ignition coil packs.

Repair:
Organised the required parts.
Removed and replaced ignition coil packs.
Removed and replaced spark plugs.
Cleared fault codes.

Tested vehicle after repairs and confirmed operation was normal.
All OK.
