Another Nugget Nationals racer in for some fresh rubber. I try to do my best and throw a spanner over the important bolts under the car just to do a quick check for my racer peeps. Something felt off however before I even got that far. Look around underneath and found a caliper mounting bolt had decided to take a long holiday. Luckily it was spotted before something bad could happen. Even with being tightened or even torqued to spec, things come loose and it’s a good reminder to the owner that it pays to routinely check over the car and throw a spanner over everything.
