JOB VACANCY β LANDSCAPING TEAM MEMBER / HR DRIVER
Join a busy, fast-paced and growing landscaping company!
Our long-term driver is moving away to Victoria. Which has now created an amazing opportunity to put a new staff member into our close-knit team at Dirt Cheap.
This opportunity, which doesnβt come around often, is to work alongside the owner, with customers on one-to-one basis and work within an office environment in a local landscaping yard.
We are looking for a reliable, motivated and hardworking team member to join our landscaping business.
This is a hands-on role, willing to learn, and can work well in a fast-paced environment. No two days are the same, and we are looking for someone who is prepared to get involved and help wherever needed.
What we are looking for:
β’ Current Heavy Rigid (HR) licence β Open
β’ An understanding of the landscaping/civil industry
β’ Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
β’ Willingness to learn new skills
β’ Ability to think on your feet and problem-solve
β’ Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
β’ Able to work independently as well as part of a team
β’ Good communication skills
β’ A positive, can-do attitude
β’ Able to communicate with customers & help with their needs
β’ Basic computer skills
The Role Includes:
β’ Driving and operating HR vehicles as required
β’ Loading and unloading materials
β’ Working in the yard and assisting with day-to-day duties
β’ Keeping the yard, vehicles and equipment organised and tidy
