CNC is back up and operational!

Afternoon everyone.

Not a positive post today, unfortunately.

Today, while cutting out all combo tanks and airboxes due for April delivery, our CNC plasma table has had a breakdown

I have narrowed it down to the Z-axis (torch height) controller module shutting down. I have immediately ordered a replacement for this but unfortunately is an estimated 2-3 weeks away!

With the plasma table being the key element in what I do here at the shop , this is going to affect workflow dramatically and unfortunately put orders due for April back to the end of April at a minimum ..

With illness and other personal factors the past few weeks as well. I’m already a little behind on work

I can guarantee!YOU WILL still get your order as soon as humanly possible! I am a one man show and turn up everyday and give my absolute best 💪🏻

I understand that this isn’t convenient for everyone , please be understanding that these things do happen . I’ll be working like a madmen once everything is 100% back on board

I just wanted to come on here and be 100% transparent

Had Brody Williams shed ornament in for some work to get the car closer to the end goal of Racing ,

Modified rocker covers ✅

Washer bottle, vacuum tank, power steering res and overflow bottle ✅

Mount and modify radiator ✅

Fabricate fuel tank and mount fuel pumps and filters ✅

3” stainless y piece into 4” stainless exhaust ✅

Haltech ic7 mount and keypad mount ✅

Custom bracket to relocate coil packs to top of intake manifold✅

Along with other small miscellaneous jobs

🔥Maccas 80 series🔥

Finished the year off with some work on FTE 80 series

✅ custom rock sliders to suit chop

✅ 3.5” SS exhaust with external gate plumb back

✅ 4” in & out airbox with 4” intake to turbo

✅ rear window screen & front wheel cover plates to stop rocks chipping paint

✅ check over on rear suspension setup we done last year

Tidy radiator cover to finish it off .
