CQ Truck Trailers 4x4 is a key retailer in Gladstone QLD supplying spare parts for automotive, trucks, trailers, 4x4 vehicles and industrial equipment.
We are looking for a full time internal sales person/interpreter for immediate start. At least 3 years’ experience in spare parts sales is highly desired, preferably in the automotive, industrial, truck and/or earthmoving industries. Mechanical knowledge and experience in the automotive, industrial, truck and earthmoving industries is also an advantage.

CQ Truck Trailer 4x4 has a zero drug policy and a pre-employment medical including drug testing will be required for the successful candidate before commencement of work.
Duties will include but not limited to:
Answering phone calls and attending to counter sales enquiries
Provide product information and spare parts advice
Process payments, prepare customer sales, orders, quotes and associated documentation
Provide a high level of customer service to our customers
Liaise with suppliers and internal staff to ensure timely delivery of spare parts
Resolve customer requests and issues
Follow up with customers and suppliers
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
3 years relevant experience is highly desirable
Understanding of mechanical and technical terms
Mature, positive and good work ethics
Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Able to multi task and have good time management skills
A team player who can also work independently
Good verbal and written communication skills
Good problem solving skills
Computer literate
