Meet the crew- Damien! 😎
Damien began working in the Automotive Industry in 2024, when his interest in learning about cars and working on them grew after working in traffic.
Now, he’s been working at Tyrepower Gisborne as a fitter for quite some time now.
Whether its fitting tyres or wheel alignments, Damien is the man for the job. With his willingness to learn and passion to provide the best service, he’s an asset to our team and a fundamental team member for the floor crew.
He is always willing to learn new things in the workshop, whether its brakes or oil and filter services.
Damien has a glowing personality and humour that provides the light needed on dim days.
He has a unique trait many in the industry are searching for, a very special care and regard towards the quality he provides in his service.
Treating cars with the utmost respect and care, he is always looking to provide the best labor.

What’s your favourite part about working in the Automotive Industry?:
Getting to see and work on a variety of vehicles, while also learning about the history and facts about the cars we get to work on.
Favourite childhood memory?
Either waking up early to watch Sunday morning cartoons or going down to the Queen Vic Market on an early Saturday morning with my family to enjoy steam buns or the infamous jam donuts.
What would be your WWE theme song?
“Break stuff by Limp Bizkit.”
