A common question that i get asked during lessons, "what does it take to fail your PDA" I normally answer, by not listening to me lol, so here's a few things that will give you a automatic fail.
If the assessor needs to intervene via a verbal communication.
Disobey a speed sign.
Disobey any traffic regulation that immediately or potentially threatens safety
Fail to respond to a crisis, or potential crisis, that would normally be anticipated by an experienced driver
Cause a crisis or potential crisis
Starting the motorcycle while not in full control
Refuse to attempt or are unable to perform any part of an exercise
Refuse to follow a reasonable direction given by the assessor.
