There are performance builds, and then there are motorcycles that redefine what a factory-based platform can become. This 2025 Harley-Davidson FXLRS Low Rider S, built by Geelong Harley-Davidson, is firmly in the latter category.
Built by Harley-Davidson Master Technician and GH-D Dealer Principal Michael Webb, this machine combines Milwaukee-Eight muscle with premium performance components.
At its heart is the Screamin’ Eagle 131 Stage IV engine kit, supported by a TwinTune Gen 2 performance transmission, Screamin’ Eagle billet clutch, Trask high-performance spring plate, Fueling HP+ cam plate and Zipper’s Red Shift 552 camshaft.
The result? 170 horsepower at 6,156 rpm and 165 ft-lb of torque at 4,734 rpm, delivered through a chain-drive conversion with a 51-tooth rear sprocket.
Handling and stopping power are equally serious, with a Trask billet swingarm, Screamin’ Eagle x Öhlins suspension, Thrashin Supply adjustable triple trees, BST Torque Tek carbon-fibre wheels, Metzeler 888 Ultra tyres and Brembo M4 monobloc radial calipers paired with GB floating wave rotors.
The cockpit features Kraus isolated kickback risers, a Trask V0Line Moto bar, TC Bros billet mid-controls, Mueller adjustable levers and a Dynojet quick shifter. An SPC x TC Bros specialty exhaust adds attitude, while a Harley-Davidson quarter fairing, Saddlemen x Kraus Pro Series Moto seat and Slyfox carbon-fibre tank console and front fender complete the package.
