Following a detailed on-site assessment by a dedicated Barrier Group Account Manager, an integrated safety solution was developed featuring FlexGuard™ Triple Rail Barrier, pedestrian and vehicle access-control gates, and the Pilot Retractable Belt Barrier System.

Caroma engaged Barrier Group to deliver a comprehensive warehouse safety upgrade at its 30,000m² Prestons distribution centre in Sydney. Operating within a high-traffic environment where pedestrian walkways intersected active forklift zones, the facility required durable segregation and flexible pedestrian management solutions to support ongoing operational upgrades.

Following a detailed on-site assessment by a dedicated Barrier Group Account Manager, an integrated safety solution was developed featuring the FlexGuard™ Triple Rail Barrier, pedestrian and vehicle access-control gates, and the Pilot Retractable Belt Barrier System. Together, these solutions created a highly segregated, adaptable, and safer working environment that protects personnel while maintaining operational efficiency and flexibility.
