One scanner. Two brands. A stronger future for aftersales

4K Automotive Group has installed its first CMT Scanner at Noble Toyota & Volkswagen, bringing a more connected approach to customer experience and aftersales growth.

By sharing a single scanner across both brands—with dedicated dashboards and integration into their respective dealer systems—the group is making one hardware investment work harder, while keeping each brand’s workflow separate.

The immediate benefit? More time for the customer.
From day one, the installation is helping relieve pressure on the service team. Reducing reliance on the traditional five-minute vehicle-condition walkaround gives advisers more time to focus on customers and their service needs.
