Weekend run knocked over for wh***eyplumbingandcivil 💪 Servicing and repairs across their gear, and our new service pod got its first proper workout. It didn’t disappoint!

The pod means we roll onto your site fully set up: oils, filters, tooling and gear all on board. That means less downtime and less waiting around, and PM services get knocked over quickly so your machines get back to work.

This Dynapac roller was a first for us! 🛠️

Came in for what should’ve been a straightforward rear main seal job. Once we split it, we found the drive gear had come loose and was walking its way through the coupler and into the flywheel.

Lucky the leak gave it away early. The client got away with a new gear, coupler and a few bolts, with no major damage.

Small leaks can point to bigger problems. Get them checked before they turn into a big bill.

The Don is a totally different beast when it’s wet! This year the river won.

On the first day the boys got through the first lap with the plan to check how much fuel the truck had used over the 50km of sand. In the pits the heat cooked a coolant line that had come loose from a collision through one of the water crossings. The boys had also lost all internal comms due to how much water was coming in the cab. So we called it a day and spent the next 10 hours getting ready for day 2.

Day 2 saw a better run, but still not a full 3 laps as water claimed the electrical again. Overall still a great weekend down in Bowen, but definitely something you can’t prepare for is that volume of water hitting components at 200kmph.

Nick comes onboard not only as a fitter, but also as a shareholder and director, bringing plenty of experience from the EWP game along with him.

He’ll be getting stuck into the tools while also helping with operations, fleet care and the continued growth of 12MECH. We look forward to the next few big years ahead 💪🏽🔧

Getting ready for day 2 of Motor Events Racing tropic thunder enduro at DriveIt,day 1 went very well with 366 laps completed currently 1st in class fingers crossed the trusty nqdrift e46 can get us to the chequered flag today.

Major services on Loaders and Graders, plus maintenance and repairs on stop lights and cement powder tankers — all sorted in one trip.
Every job comes with detailed reporting and clear recommendations: what needs fixing urgently, what can wait til next off-swing, and what gets picked up on the next service campaign.

The team turned it up last weekend knocking over a bunch of mods for the ***eyplumbingandcivil Tundra while it was in town for the 2 days 🏎️ 🔥
