🚧 Track Closure Notice 🚧

The track will be closed from May 4th–7th for the RYDA Program and will be back open for practice bookings on Friday the 8th. Thanks for your understanding while this important program is being delivered.

About the RYDA Program (Bega)

The RYDA (Rotary Youth Driver Awareness) Program is all about helping young drivers build awareness, responsibility, and make better decisions on the road.

Here in Bega, students take part in real, hands-on sessions that highlight the importance of safe, controlled, and calculated driving—and that’s exactly why facilities like our track exist. It’s about giving drivers the environment and mindset to understand limits, think ahead, and stay safe.

A huge thank you to all the volunteers who give their time to make programs like this possible for our youth. Your effort has a real impact on the next generation of drivers 🙌

We’re proud to support a program that helps shape safer drivers for our community 👊

📣TRACK DIRECTION CHANGE📣
🔁CLOCKWISE - Effective 24th of April 2026🔁

If you are heading to the track this weekend, it is essential that you complete a track walk first and make yourself fully aware of the new flow, especially the designated Ingrid lines.

👉 Refer to the attached image 1 for Practice pathing:
- Out Grid we use the left splay
- In Grid we put our hands up nice and early on start finish straight Ingrid approach, when entering chicane we stay hard left.
-Race condition pathing to be confirmed this weekend so stay tuned

Your safety and the safety of others depends on understanding these changes before going out on track.

Thank you for your cooperation and have a safe weekend.

A friendly reminder to all competitors.

Recently, we’ve had to take the difficult step of suspending the competition licences of two Karting NSW members due to practice‑day rule breaches.

This is a timely reminder that all Karting NSW rules still apply on unofficial practice days. This includes making sure your kart is compliant, practicing only with your nominated group, signing on via the Karting NSW portal, and wearing all required safety gear.

These rules are in place to keep everyone safe and enjoying the sport. Please be aware that breaches of practice rules can result in suspension of your competition licence. Let’s look out for one another and keep karting safe for all.

For more information on practice rules please see section X of the Karting NSW Rule Book: https://www.kartingnsw.com.au/rules
