Over the years, the business has undertaken many challenging projects and accumulated skills, know-how and experiences in specified pre-mixed concrete, excavation and earthworks, manufacturing pre-cast products and carry and deliver a large range of bulk landscaping and construction materials. In 2011 the company also commenced operations in Condobolin as Lachlan Ready Mix which has proven to be a

successful venture and a great commitment to the local economy. This year, 2015, the sister companies have combined to operate as Lachlan Ready Mix to allow them to operate more efficiently and effectively. Servicing both Forbes and Condobolin and surrounding areas including a large portion of the Central West (Please see service area map over page), the team at Lachlan Ready Mix are very committed to the growth and prosperity of this region and want to be part of its bright future. The Condobolin plant is conveniently located in the new industrial area at 19 Galari Circuit. Today, Lachlan Ready Mix has grown from one mini-mix to a fleet of 12 trucks and a range of Earthmoving machines including a 3.5t and 15t excavator, Bobcat and Roller, all of which are available for use and hire. Our Earthmoving operators are fully qualified in Civil Construction and have recently obtained a license to conduct Demolition works. Lachlan Ready Mix takes on the role of main contractor for all sized projects and specialises in all aspects of concrete work and earthworks from residential to industrial. We also provide no obligation, free quotes as value-added services to our clients. Our objective is to provide our clients with a no fuss, cost effective experience when we are chosen to execute their projects. We take pride in our delivery, thus our clients can always be assured that only the most experienced and qualified people are servicing them, all the time. We take particular pride in our involvement in the local communities. Whether it be small donations to help local organisations with event fundraisers to donating products to help raise awareness around the area. None the less, we are here for our Communities and its members for the long haul. Initial staffing levels of two permanents have grown to the present level of 15 staff members.

Our scope of works has seen major contracting projects completed in Tottenham, Cobar, Parkes & everywhere in between.

It's been a massive first half of 2025 for all the Team at LRM.
A lot of major projects around the area - it's exciting to see the growth happening within the Town.

This Year, Tim, Jake & Maryanne celebrate 30 Years in business as Forbes Concrete.
They got a little too excited about the milestone & decided it would be a great time to expand the business operations and buy a Quarry!

We feel the new addition will compliment our current operations perfectly & we look forward to being able to offer our customers more product choices in the very near future.
