Jason from Preston Panels recently purchased this beautiful FG GT MK2 with only 29,000kms on the clock. We had it in for a full service, go over, and lowered it all around to a nice height.

We also fitted a highflow fuel pump and fuel pressure regulator. Starting off with a baseline of 296rwkw on the dyno, after a full engine and transmission calibration using PCMTEC we finished off with a strong 381rwkw still retaining the factory exhaust!

Just some more toploader magic at mjs house of toploaders

We have 8 kits off getting anodised that we should have back next week. We are currently waiting on hurst shifters to arrive, but if you have a toploader already fitted with a hurst shifter and are after one of our kits get in touch with us asap and we can secure you in a kit. I have a feeling these won't last long.

Hey everyone, a good friend of ours car was stolen from Mill park Melbourne the other night. Car wasn't running and looks like it was towed away with a grey BMW as seen in the second photo. The el had a barra under the bonnet.

Mitch had is FGX XR8 in for a full service and decided it was time to unleash the hidden power these cars have.

With only a air filter, fuel pump and fuel reg upgrade we got to work on the laptop using PCMTEC and recalibrated both engine and transmission. We finished up on the dyno with a crazy 394rwkw at 6500rpm. Completely transforming the car.

A beautiful little geniune v6 GT Capri we had in that wasn't running well at all on cruise.

After sitting the car on the dyno and driving it as we would on the street we found a heap of issues with spark and fuel. Once we got the little weber dialed in we gave it a light stab on full throttle to make sure afr's were where they needed to be.

Not looking to make power just get the car to drive from A to B. After the customer picked it up he gave us a call the following day and said "I drove the longest way home because the car drove the best its ever driven in 17 years of owning it". This is what keeps us driving and forever evolving, our passion and joy for these cars is something different. Hearing happy owners like this makes the job so worth it.

Credit to the owner that restored most the car himself even the panel work.

Another vs ute, this time round a Maloo. Arthur and Jim next door to us at Darebin Tyre & Service Centre built this Maloo for their cousin Jim.

Running a 355 stroker with a group A manifold, twin throttles and a solid roller camshaft. In control this time round was a haltech elite 2000. We had run the engine in around 1500kms ago and the car was back for some full throttle pulls.

Punching out a strong 325rwkw all the way to 7200rpm through a t56 gearbox. Makes for a good cruiser that definitely has trouble keeping traction through 1st and 2nd gear.

Arthur and Jim next door to us from Darebin Tyre & Service Centre built themselves a stout holden VS ute.

RUnning a 355 stroker with a hydrualic flat tappet camshaft, 4 barrel throttle body basically looking stock under bonnet. We had the car wired up to run a FuelTech Australia FT 450 with dual nano widebands.

All we did was press buttons on the keyboard and punched a very strong 307rwkw sining all the way to 7100rpm. Credit to the boys for building such a good car that we didn't even need to put a spanner on it.
