With the WA long weekend and school holidays ahead, we’re wishing everyone a safe and happy break. Whether you’re heading away, catching up with family or settling in for the footy, look after yourselves and each other.
🚗 Plan your trip and allow plenty of time.
😴 Take regular breaks and share the driving where possible.
📵 Put the phone away and keep your eyes on the road.
🚛 Give trucks space and be patient when overtaking.
🔑 If you’re having a drink, organise a safe ride home.
Enjoy the weekend, make some memories and get home safely. 💜🤍
Go Freo! ⚓

Yesterday 10km sounded like a fun idea…..🥵
But just like that we were off! Some running, some jogging, some questioning their life choices, but we turned up and gave it our all!
Thankyou ECS for having us and hosting an amazing community event 🏃‍♀️🏃

ONE WEEK TO GO! 🏃‍♀️🌅
One week until the WFG 10km ECS Fun Run, and here we are at sunrise — me and my most loyal (and considerably faster) training partner. 🐕😂
Training is happening. Legs are questionable. Confidence is somewhere between “we’ve got this” and “surely 10km can’t actually be that far?”
But we’re committed now, so there’s no turning back!
Hope to see lots of familiar faces there supporting the event — whether you’re running, walking, volunteering, cheering from the sidelines, or just there for the post-run coffee. It’s all appreciated!
See you at the finish line! 🙌

Winner Winner! Peta is WFGs 2026 Footy Tipping Winner and is so epic that she picked more tips correct from before the first bounce down of the season that most people picked correct doing it week to week! Congrats Peta! Enjoy all your cash

🏃‍♀️ Breaking News: Mon is officially signed up and has started training for the inaugural WFG 10km ECS Fun Run... mainly to avoid becoming a motivational poster for "what not to do." 😅

Whether you're a serious runner, a casual jogger, a social walker, or planning to power-crawl your way across the finish line, we'd love to see you there!

The fleet's had a little upgrade... and before anyone says it, yes, the tankers are smaller. It's not the size that counts—it's how many trips they can knock over. 😉

A big welcome to our newest Kenworth and its fresh little sidekicks, ready to get to work.

Even better, we're excited to have Derryn behind the wheel, keeping things rolling and the fuel flowing.
