Me when captain morgans are on special ;) Danny’s Streamliner on its way to breaking records and hearts. 290+ mph (470kmh) so far im like a kid at christmas waiting for updates! Give em hell Danny!!

The loudest, angriest and purplest crossflow cortina was back for its yearly last minute tune up before "round the houses" in Albany again (most people in Esperance could probably hear it and feel it lol) and boy did she put up a fight!

Hats off to owner Layton for building this thing and not throwing in the towel lol (car just drove on the trailer and needs to be in Albany tonight) it threw every tantrum a car can make but eventually after 2 long days we traced it to the holley ecu.

So instead of giving up at 9:00pm thursday night we had a beer and decided to convert the car back to distributor and holley carburator and after Layton whispered in its ear she rattled off a very respectable and safe 261hp at 6500rpm and enough torque to tow a road train lol. Quickly unstrapped it and chucked it on the trailer!

Good luck mate and give them hell!

New 2500 rams and other vehicles made by stellantis (Ram,jeep,dodge,chrysler) have a SECURITY GATEWAY stopping us mere mortals from doing any calibrations or clearing hard codes through the diagnostic connector... Luckily here at NM&T we have the POWER!!
Our new diagnostic tooling is one of the few on the market capable of getting the job done!

Another one for the books! I had the pleasure of helping Danny Plecas and his family team give his new 7lt combo a run in and tune on his Streamliner land speed car. After a little logistics we had it on the rollers and with Danny at the wheel and Dave and myself sorting out the tuning it was quite a streamlined session (pun intended). With quite a safe tune on ms109 octane fuel she rattled of a very respectable 490hp atw which was still climbing strong until timing starts to cut gradually before its 6500rpm limiter as you can see the little drop at the end. The combo is built for 7500-8000 so with some tweaks in the exhaust department and some more revs it will breeze into the low-mid 500s!

Thoroughly enjoyed my day with the crew and cant wait to see this thing hit the salt!

*dyno rpm is 750rpm lower than actual rpm. Run is in 3rd as 4th would blow through the 240kmh max of my dyno. Ramp rate is quite high any lower and it blows the tyres off haha

Hey everyone hope you all had a great holiday! I apologise to anyone I haven't got back too yet you will be hearing from me soon!

Now that I own beanbreak now aswell it has been hectic for the last 8 months getting the van up to scratch again but it is taking less and less of my time now 😀.

So that Lana and I get some time together my shop hours will coincide with the coffee van so workshop is closed on Monday but im here Tuesday to Saturday 8:00am til 6:00pm (I help in van Sunday all day and every other day til 7:00am)

My phone is always on though so text me through what you are chasing and who you are.

My workshop door is closed 90% of the time as the lovely Easterly we get here makes it pretty tricky to keep the engines I build nice and clean. So if you cruise passed and my open sign is on the door or my grey patrol is parked out front feel free to knock on the door promise Zoe doesn't bite 😆

Well folks thats a wrap for 2023 I am snowed in til next year!

I would like to thank all my fantastic customers for a great year and i cant wait too see what 2024 brings.

I will still be taking orders on the retail side of the business as I have picked up some brilliant vendors over the years who are currently running some great black friday sales 🤑🤑 so get in touch for anything you can sneak under the tree for yourself or a loved one.

I am currently head down finishing off some really cool projects so if i dont answer the phone or get back to you straight away please be patient. Even better if you text through what you are chasing i can sort it after hours or first thing in the am.

Today on weird and wonderful things ive tuned was layton ridgway's beautiful f250 with a fuel injected windsor 351 on holley efi. This thing pulls like a tractor which is kinda what its used for 😂.

I always get excited when layton calls me cos it means something cool is in the pipeline!
