Vol 10.
Work process... (chin strap process)
One of the three major elements of a helmet (cap body, shock absorbing liner, chin strap),
All items are inspected and carefully checked before being used.
All of Arai's chinstraps use a D-ring type.
D-rings do not easily come off the moment they are pulled, and are resistant to dynamic loads.
In addition, because it is simple and compact, there is no need to insert multiple large parts into the fastener at the throat, and there is less chance of it getting stuck in the event of impact.
The installation of the chinstrap should only be carried out by in-house certified personnel.
Like liners, specifications vary depending on model, size, and country of use, and they can be installed reliably to ensure performance in the event of an emergency.
As you can see, the chinstrap is attached through various processes.
The chinstrap is an important part for the shell and liner to perform as intended.
No one knows what will happen when an actual accident occurs.
What we can do for riders is to improve their protection by doing things every day, no matter how small, that are better than not doing at all.
We will continue to make these efforts and pursue the power to protect.
In the FACTORY VIDEO, you can see the process of actually making a helmet.
We will show you the skillful techniques of Arai's craftsmen, as well as the way they approach helmets and their spirit
