WTAC 2025 Wrap Up
What an event and what a year for us leading up to this one! Coming from the Clubsprint win at Aus Time Attack we were pretty happy with how the car was running mechanically with 21 flawless laps there and it did the same thing this weekend here (having a weekend without issue is very nice)!

THURSDAY practice went smoothly and with the upgrades of the last 12 months for the car seemingly working well, we set some nice PB’s on old tyres so we had high hopes….

FRIDAY we didn’t get off to a great start with a mixup in pit lane meaning we were held in pit lane for 4minutes, putting us in traffic for the first session rather than getting that important first run in clear air. As frustrated as David was, he somehow still laid down a 1min 33.6 lap (which is 2.4 sec up from our 6th place lap from last year and we knew we had more in it!

SATURDAY we went out for our first session and got down to a 1 min 33.2 lap which last year would have got 3rd in our class so it’s a mega time from David! Unfortunately for us, it is actually 2025 now and we knew the competition would be fierce in clubsprint, happy with the time, but further up the ladder would have been nice.

We ended up 7th in the end which just shows how fast Clubsprint now is, especially on a 200 treadwear tyre. Next year we’ll be faster again :)

Aus Time Attack 2025 clubsprint winners!!!
We went to aus time attack for the first time this weekend and took out first place in clubsprint, beating all the open class cars in the process 💪 The car has had some decent changes over the off season and ran amazing all weekend with David putting in an awesome lap to take out the win :)
David also took his prod touring spec evo along with with Nathan having a crack. With only 200ish kw he steered it into the 34s :)
Top work guys!
Now to get ready for World Time Attack Challenge. Can Not Wait!

Well done to the boys with their outright win in the enduro races both yesterday and today! 653 laps of One Raceway and the first ever race running anti clockwise on the new circuit! We provided an ecu and sensor package along with tuning and advice on ways to improve reliability and fuel strategies etc. We can review data and adjust ecu parameters while the car is out running and you can see the live telemetry available in the pics below. This data and adjustment ability is invaluable if you're trying to resolve a problem in an enduro race while maintaining position. We still have plenty more to help these guys and if you're after a package like this, we can help.

We took our Evo X to the Bathurst Light Car Club Speed Weekend and ran the very wet Supersprint on Saturday and the mostly dry Hillclimb on Sunday. With a set of worn dry weather semi slick’s on the car, the goal on Saturday was pretty much to keep it on the track with many not so lucky cars having some offs.

On Sunday, we ran in the Mountain Straight Hillclimb and after a rain shower in the middle of the day and on a still slightly damp track we sent it and got 1st outright for the day, broke our class record (Time Attack Clubsprint) and also beat the record time for the Time Attack Open class!

Massive shout out to the club members who put in a monster effort to run the event in the conditions thrown at them for the weekend, what a bunch of legends

Jump on board for a ride of the record run still on low boost. This is an sst gearbox, which is proving to be a pretty good thing when built and controlled well. Look at the launch :)
