Introducing our new Receptionist /office admin and front of house all round friendly Jasmine to the team!

Jasmine will be helping take your bookings and enquiries throughout the day as well as keeping you updates on how your cars going , we are so happy to have her help!

Introducing Divince our new qualified mechanic! Divince brings years of additional BMW and European car experience to the team and a fantastic positive attitude! He is extremely helpful and friendly and we are lucky to have him join us !

Currently seeking 2 new staff members to join our growing business!

About us:

We are a modern dealership style busy and highly efficient European specialist workshop with a 7 hoist/8 bay shop. We are currently a 6 staff crew located in Brougham Street, Eltham. Our work environment is extremely organised, clean and we work together as a team with our 25+ years experience in the industry.

🔴 Reception/Admin role - part or full time opportunity
(Experience in the automotive industry and/or a basic understanding of cars preferred)

Your role will include:
✅ Greeting and dealing with customers
✅ Answering phones
✅ Taking bookings and cancellations
✅ Taking payments
✅ Communicating with staff about jobs etc
✅ Dealing with suppliers
✅ Managing our loan vehicles
✅ Data entry
✅ General office cleaning/tidying

Excellent pay rates, company provided lunch once a week and potential for supplied company car, no weekend work.

🔴 Mechanic/ Technician and/or 3rd/4th year apprentice - Full time position
Previous experience with European vehicles is preferred. Drivers license required

Your role will include
✅ Servicing and repairing customer vehicles to a high standard
✅ Diagnosis of different vehicle issues
✅ Working individually and being self sufficient whilst being able to work in a team when required
✅ Being able to handle your own job/s and paperwork efficiently
✅ Talking to customers and answering phones on an occasional basis
✅ Maintaining a clean and tidy work bay
✅ Road testing and driving customer vehicles
✅ Working well under pressure

Excellent pay rates, company provided lunch once a week, potential for a company car if required, flexible overtime and weekend work if desired.
