What an incredible night in Perth! Last week, over 60 attendees joined our Auto Women WA Social - an evening of connection, celebration, and inspiration.

We were beyond privileged to hear from the amazing speakers, Leonie Knipe, Dealer Principal at Avon Valley Toyota and Emma Burgess-Anderson, Principal Industry Engagement Advisor of the Australian Mining and Automotive Skills Alliance, as they shared candid insights into their career journeys, leadership lessons and the experiences that have shaped their success in automotive.

Every woman deserves to know that her career and motherhood can go hand in hand 🤝

When Queensland automotive apprentice Issabella discovered she was pregnant early in her apprenticeship, she worried she might have to give up the career she'd worked so hard to begin.

Instead, with the support of her employer, workplace adjustments and guidance from BUSY Sisters, she was able to continue her apprenticeship, welcome her daughter, and return to the workshop doing what she loves.

Stories like Issabella's remind us why strong support networks matter💪
