VCS PODIUM FOR HAYDEN 🥈

A strong weekend at Warrnambool for Hayden Sharp, taking on another new circuit in Round 5 of the Victorian Country Series.

Qualifying P3, a heat win, and P2 in the Final to cap off a huge weekend!

Another big step forward and a well-earned podium. Great job mate 👊🏁

Also great to see our other JGR drivers continuing to make progress and move forward throughout the weekend🙌🏽

P3 for Dom in X30. 🏆

Not the easiest weekend by any stretch, but we kept digging, kept adapting and never stopped fighting.

A post-race penalty promoted us to third after the podium celebrations were done — but we made sure the trophy still came home. 😂

Massive thanks to Troy and OTK Australia for the support all weekend. A big result for Dom and a big one for the team. 👊

Another weekend at the race track Southern Go Kart Club, but this time from the other side of the fence.

Coaching and being a mechanic for our drivers at Jorge Gutierrez Racing this weekend gave us the chance to really focus on the little details. Plenty of positives to take away, valuable lessons learnt, and another step forward for both drivers.

A massive congratulations to Angus Telford on an incredible drive. After being caught up in a lap one incident, he never gave up, kept pushing, and charged his way back through the field to finish 2nd. A well-deserved result that showed plenty of determination and resilience.
Proud of Riley Boyce for not giving up, showing pace throughout the weekend and getting closer to the front runners, it was great to work with you and help you get more understanding of what it takes to get to the top.
A massive congrats to Nikki Watson who hasn’t been in a kart for over 6 months and was able to go purple 3 out of the 5 races, being in a new kart getting used to it after a few sessions.

Great weekend with the jgr team while it was a weird feeling being at a track not racing but loved every second of being on the other side of the fence and looking forward to doing more of it.

Direct message me if you would like driver coaching or someone to be on the tools.

Round 2 done and dusted at the Australian Kart Championship, and plenty of positives to take away from the weekend.

Huge congratulations to Jensen on taking the win and delivering JGR’s first AKC victory. Massive effort all weekend. 🍾

Results:
• Jensen — 1st ➡️ 1st 🏆
• Lucas — 32nd ➡️ 26th
• Ethan — 13th ➡️ 16th
• Dominic — 14th ➡️ 12th
• George — 40th ➡️ 28th (before drop down)
• Joseph — DNF

Not every result tells the full story, but there was plenty of speed, progress, and lessons across the board. Proud of the effort from everyone involved all weekend, drivers, families, mechanics, and supporters.
