To all our amazing customers,

We’re taking a short one-week break from 15/8 to 24/8
With a growing fleet and a busy business, we’ve decided to use this time to get a few things done behind the scenes — staff training, organising the yard, preparing the fleet and making a few improvements so we can come back bigger, better and more organised.

We know how much our customers rely on us, so this isn’t a decision we’ve made lightly. But sometimes you need to take a step back for a moment to make sure everything is running the way it should.

We’ll be back 24th, refreshed and ready to get back to doing what we do best — keeping you on the road with a trailer when you need one!

I would like to sincerely apologise to anyone who has been affected by our recent irregular opening hours and any inconvenience this may have caused.

Due to family illness, staffing shortages, and some personal health challenges, the last few months have been incredibly difficult, and unfortunately our reliability has not been up to the standard that we expect of ourselves.

Please know that we remain committed to providing the same friendly and reliable service that our customers have always received. We are working hard to get back on our feet and return to normal operating hours as soon as possible.

⚠️ Customer Notice & Apology ⚠️

To our valued customers,

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience experienced this morning due to our yard not opening as scheduled. Unfortunately, unforeseen staffing issues meant we were unable to open on time, which caused frustration and disruption for customers attempting to return trailers.

We understand how important it is for our customers to be able to return equipment as planned, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.

To help resolve the situation, we will be accepting trailer returns today between 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm. If you are unable to return your trailer during these hours, please contact us directly and we will work with you to arrange an alternative solution, including collection where possible.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued support. We appreciate your business and apologise again for the inconvenience.
