TOW TRUCK DRIVER

Due to business growth & new contracts, Echuca 24 Hr Towing require an experienced and well-presented tow truck driver to join our team. Operating 24/7, we provide towing services predominantly in Northern Victoria and into South Western NSW.

Preferably, we are looking for an experienced Tow Truck Driver that is capable in loading and unloading of damaged & undamaged vehicles, containers & machinery in a safe and orderly manner.
You will also be required to deal with customers and emergency service workers on a day to day basis.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Must have HR licence with solid driving experience. HC licence is also preferred
- Experience driving tilt-tray trucks with wheel lifts.
- Preferable if you have a current Tow Truck Drivers' Authority. We will be able to assist if required.
- Must undergo a National Police Check
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a flexible and reliable attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to take direction from operations

Echuca 24hour Towing a subsidiary company of O’Neill’s Motor Body Works is recruiting for a Tow Truck Driver to join their team in Echuca, Victoria.

About the role:

The position is suitable for a Tow Truck Driver to work in our Echuca depot and ideally live within the Echuca / Moama area. The successful applicant will complete works in both smash and trade.

• Full time role – which include business hours, after hours and weekend work on a monthly roster
• Right remuneration for the right driver

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:

To be successful in this position, you will require:

• Current Medium Rigid Driver's Licence
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to work in a team
• Pride in your work and quality care of vehicles
• Punctual, honest and well-presented
• Smash experience preferred
• Willing to undergo police check in order to apply for Accident Driver Accreditation
