The Role
As Store Manager, you are the heartbeat of the business. You will bridge the gap between the front counter and the workshop, ensuring every customer walks out with a smile and the business operates at peak efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Excellence: Build genuine rapport with new and loyal clients.
• Business Growth: Drive sales and profitability by communicating the value of our products and services.
• Operational Leadership: Manage staff schedules, optimize workshop workflow, and guarantee on-time delivery.
What You Bring:
• A proven track record in retail or workshop management.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to "talk shop" and "talk service"
• Essential: A current manual driver’s licence.
• Highly Regarded: Mechanical knowledge, a Trade Certificate, or prior automotive industry experience.
