Due to current NRMA / IAG individual assessor/assessing attitudes, values and policies to which we not only believe but have clear evidence of a failure to follow not only the new code or conduct but also the old, and their failure of remuneration for fair and reasonable times and costs of repairs, and constantly breeching the length of time to assess each vehicle, we have made the decision to cease all quoting/repairs for any NRMA/IAG effective immediately.
If you are a previous/past customer of ours insured with NRMA/IAG please contact us, and we can advise you on the best way to proceed with your claim, that puts you, the insured first, not the assessors bonus scheme or the insurers quarterly dividends.
