BONITO 620CC Proving very popular and the 580CC, Big 2.4m beam full 70cm freeboard, so makes for a great offshore rig, and deeper 22 degree deadrise. Perfect numbers!!!! and great performance and economy with a 200, 225hp Mercury Marine Australia Outboard!!! Highly recommend. This one is coming together great and ready for pick up. Alot going on and show's how customisable these great boats are!!!
Note the 580 next to her and slightly less freeboard at 65cm with walkthrough transom, similar deckspace but a bit less storage???
I'm a big fan of the 620CC and is well worth checking out!!! Rob Taylor's Express 620XT with 300HP is one of the fastest boats on the water, and he's had a couple!!! I've seen 48 knots across half a metre reef chop!!!! Insane!!! but that's another story!!! Amazing hull and well worth checking one of these beauties out!!! Luke's 660 Express!!! What a beauty!!!! Everyone was blown away when we took it for a run on the Noosa river!!! 46 knots light, with 6 people onboard, with the 300HP Mercury Marine Australia Pro XS!!! Great start and wish Luke all the best with this new weapon, We all wanted to build an express after going for a run on this boat, so much potential!!! Huge cabin. UNREEL!!!!! What a fitout, over 3 weeks later, most of it's done now, the wiring that is!!! Unbelievable job by MK CUSTOM MARINE, Matt and the guys!!! There's too much too list and alot too get my head around!!! Luckily I went the extra large 900CC console and it's full!!!! enjoy, there will be some walk through videos and what you can do now adays is insane!!! Cheers Greg

Last Bonito 900CC Pics for now, Part 3!!! What a boat, Pity we haven't sold a few more, Alot of boat for the Money and great value, what people are paying for some other brands you could easily afford one of these custom built, and have a far better unbeatable offshore boat!!!! Adam's got some long range trips planned to go to Fraser Island, which looking forward to seeing the results!!!!
Very impressed and highly recommend getting in touch with Adam if you want a high speed offshore fishing weapon built to your specs!!!! big power, fuel and a total blast!!!! I might build one next after my 660XT???????
Still legally towable, or go the sea pen option, makes on watership ownership a breeze and no antifouling issues ever!!! Launch and retrieve very fast and simple, great system. I've had air dock system before and that was a bit tricky to get right lifting a 6 tonne cougar cat out up and out of the water, had it's moments, Sea pen the way to go!!!

More Bonito Boats Australia 900CC, This hull is amazing, based on an offshore racing hull!!!! so some great pedigree if you want to go fast!!!! Cruising at 28, 30knots she still will get 1km a litre, which is amazing and awesome for twin Mercury Marine Australia 300HP Pro XS!!!! Total 600HP, Very impressive motors or put the throttles down and cruise at 40 knots!!!! very comfortably!!!!
This boat feels like a big boat, but rides like a sports car, It's one hell of alot of fun!!!! It doesn't feel chop, so smooth and with the waterline length nothing comes close to this beast!!!!
Did I make the mistake and build a 660CC instead of this one?????
and did I mention Value, the same American boat sizewise will cost you three times as much!!!! Available in 900, 820, 760CC, You'll be suprised how affordable this boat is for the performance!!!!

Bonito Boats Australia 900CC Is a beast, got to go for a quick offshore run again with Adam at Mooloolaba, She's a big boat and a solid 30ft, struggled to get her all in the photo!! Twin 300hp Mercury Marine Australia Pro XS motors, just runs a dream, still getting great economy and performance. Still legally towable with a 2.5m beam and a large US Truck, or if you can use a Sea pen, so easy, launch and go boating in no time!!!!
Take her all in, tonnes of room, and if I didn't have my Maritimo, I would build one in a heartbeat!!! Some more pics to come,

Matt and crew from MK CUSTOM MARINE have been extra busy and the hours are getting up there, But the results will be well worth it!!! Here's a few happy snaps he sent through!!!! Huge fitout, and there is alot going on. You have to make sure you do it right now adays, Lithium battery setups, charging correctly, Twin Victron systems, Batteries for Motors, Warranties to protectand insurances. There is alot riding on doing it all properly. Matt has gone above and beyond checking everything out with all the industry leaders and making sure the best of everything has been used and set up correctly. It's well above my paygrade, but a video walkthrough will hopefully give a tour of this work of art and all the special consideration needed to pull it together. Couple more days of labour and should be getting close to the end????? It's not finished yet, but Matt will tidy it up and she'll be a work of art!!! Note Piewarmer, S2100H Sounder module, Alright!!!!!
Wiring drawing for those who are technically minded and have a look and shows some of what is going on!!!! Even suprises me all the gear you get now a days!!!!
Hope to get down soon for the water test and a handover how to control all the gear!!! we're getting closer!!!

MORE 660XT Shed pics, I know you want a few more!!! Alot goes into these custom builds, and a big thanks to all those who are helping out along the way!!!!
The driving position is just perfect, we measured her out and based her off Adam;s 9m console layout, I found the driving position a bit tight, and I'm a bit taller at 6' 2" so we moved mine back 3cm's and just right, great for standing with the Bolsters up when it's rough, and perfect down when we're cruising along with the autopilot on!!! Plus the seat is adjustable too, and comfy as F___!!! Total Win.
Driving Wheel and controls, also great, going to swap the kill switch and trim tabs around, will just make everything super easy to reach and control. This Hull is amazing and with trim tabs you can get it running so sweet through the rough and calm it will blow you away and alot of fun to drive!!!!
Jake's custom making a shelf for the pie warmer!!! A big thanks, and until you've had a hot pie, sausage roll on a winters day out fishing, it's just the best thing!!! Can't wait!!!!
She's looking great, full on electronic's package being installed now as we speak and will be one hell of an offshore fishing weapon!!! More on that later,
