Some average work from decades before had to go. No strength and Unsafe is just a start.
Glassing a new structure in couldnt be done, not enough glass to bond back into and to difficult to get inside to glass from the back.
The Milano now has a fully removable pedal box. Strong and safe = better for everyone.

The Milano nose is all but ready for spray polly!
All the glass is now done, extended and the flairs grafted in. The right side had to be totally reverse engineered as we only had a left side to copy from the original. I don’t have the right words to express the amount of work that went into just that flair.
Some small final bracing once it’s all in primer I can flip it over.
