Australian legal system terms explained

“Statement of facts” - a thin veil of lies that becomes a truth of convenience of a lazy system that is not interested in true justice through collusion between the prosecution and the defence and then rubber stamped by a judge to be forthwith the truth

“Remorse” - a mysterious quality that when not present, the opposite is expressed or a person is found incapable of, it is assumed by the court to be present

“Sentence” - something that sounds like an out come but is immediately slashed almost in half arbitrarily by a judge who has an irrational fear of numbers above 10

“Australian federal justice system” - a farce awaiting anyone who unfortunately finds themselves hoping for justice

After 4 fu***ng years they actually listened.

You allege QPS officers have moved evidence at the accident scene where your son was killed and threatened witnesses so that they would deny having seen anything to incriminate the driver.
You allege QAS officers have harassed you for presenting evidence that raises concerns about the traffic accident that killed your son, falsely stating you have mental health issues, and arranged for you to be locked in a mental health unit for 21 days without a doctor, proper care or treatments.
You allege QPS officer has harassed you accusing you of being mental unwell when you have presented evidence that raises concerns about the traffic accident that killed your son by an off duty officer.


The CCC may have used different words to describe your allegations however it can assure you that all the information you have provided has been considered prior to reaching an assessment decision.

Based on the information you provided, your allegations meet the threshold of corrupt conduct as defined in section 15 of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001. This means that the CCC has jurisdiction to assess the information to determine what action, if any, should be taken.

My son and I both have Asperger's and ADHD plus I lost 1 child and I will cry on Christmas morning (well was trying to quietly before Harlen woke up but nar some fat c**t that's been talking s**t for weeks and everything else. Tells me to go have a Cry can get fu**ed and I've made the complaint to the ones I need to.
Because I ain't assuming what you do and then telling people like it's the truth because what you got something to fu***ng hide or just nothing better to do the start s**t that effects where we live and our right to privacy.

If you abuse your privilege of the law and it's enforcement to prevent my Innocent Son's life be recognised as a fu***ng human being c**ts.. including his family who's been treated like we live in a third world country with a greedy inhumane piece of corrupt s**t government and law enforcement who manipulate the drug and crime industry just like a criminal organisation.... What a joke
2 kids been waiting for hours, starving for dinner.
Because the taxi has delivered our click and collect Woolworths shopping 5 times...
Not!
Then told Woolworths he didn't deliver because I didn't pay him!!! He never came anywhere near us!!
Wtf lying c**t! Then apparently I didn't pay for my shopping I payed for 4 fu***ng day ago!!
Click and collect taxi request made at 615pm and we are still waiting!!!!
