A quick update for all our customers!

We’ll be off work from Thursday 10th September 2026 and returning in October. 🛠️

We are also fully booked until we finish up, so we’re currently not taking any more bookings for September.

📅 Bookings will reopen for October — we’ll keep everyone updated once our October availability is open.

N80 Workmate in for diagnostics 👨‍🔧

Found the issue — cracked EGR cooler, which is becoming a common problem on the 1GD 2.8L diesel engines.

If you’ve got an N80 with the 2.8 diesel and notice your coolant disappearing but no leaks on the ground, there’s a high chance your EGR cooler could be the culprit.

This N70 Hilux wasn’t too happy when it rolled in — rough idle, low power, and clouds of black smoke 😬
After a bit of digging, we found the intake was totally blocked!
A full clean-out later and it’s back to breathing easy and running like new 👌

We’re almost fully booked before Christmas, so if you need any diagnostics, servicing, or repairs, make sure to book in soon to secure your spot!
