If you’ve spent any time in our Workshop, you know the impact Sem has. His eye for quality and the way he quietly mentors the team doesn’t go unnoticed. And while he’d much rather stay behind the scenes than in front of a camera… we managed to capture this one (with permission!) to celebrate a well-deserved win 👏

A very special delivery went out the door today to Sandra, the lucky winner of the Dubbo Show Society Win Your Choice of Tough or Luxe - A Brand-New Toyota raffle!

Sandra chose TOUGH and today proudly drove home in a brand-new HiLux SR5 👏🏻

Purchasing just four tickets, one for each of her children, Sandra remembers her left palm being extremely itchy when she purchased the winning ticket in the Monday before the Show. A sign of good luck she’s holding onto and one she reckons everyone should take note of 😉 Turns out that itch was pure luck 🍀

👋 Meet the Team - Lachlan Donovan 👋

If you know Lachy, you know he’s one of those people who just fits here. He joined us as a school kid working Tuesdays and Saturdays on the yard, quickly becoming the kind of teammate everyone was happy to see walk through the door. He even drove a Lexus LX to his schooI formal. Lachy, you know he’s one of those people who just fits here.

Over the last 3.5 years, he’s grown up with us, learning the ropes in Used Cars, New Cars and Lexus, building a solid foundation for what comes next.

And now, he’s taking on an exciting new chapter with our Fleet team, supporting the growth of our fleet business through:
🤝 Caring for key accounts and building strong relationships with new and existing customers
📋 Helping businesses plan their current and future vehicle needs
🔄 Coordinating sublets, bookings and deliveries to keep everything running seamlessly
🔑 Leading fleet activations, client meetings, presentations and demos

If there’s one thing Lachy is known for, it’s his ability to build genuine rapport. The kind that makes customers feel looked after from the very first hello. His strengths are the perfect complement to our Business Development Manager Michael’s new‑business focus, making them the Fleet A-team!

And when he’s not helping businesses keep their wheels turning? You’ll find him out in the great outdoors - skiing, camping, off‑roading, or saying yes to any plan that finally makes it out of the group chat. He’s a country boy at heart, happiest behind the wheel of a HiLux and somewhere with dirt, water or a campfire involved.

We’re excited to see where Lachy takes this next chapter. Big things ahead. 👏
