Customer just purchased this bike the fob he got with it had broken he brought it to us to assign another fob he got with the bike, we discovered faults all through the wiring 5 hours of removing and replacing wiring and switches and beware fob the bike goes now.

Both front and rear brake fluid on the Softail were well over moisture content. We drained and flushed each systems and refilled them with fresh Dot 4 fluid.

Softail standard in for a service, as we go over the bike we find a lot of little things that get overlooked. The anti rattle spring in clutch lever was broken and tyre pressures were very low which affects tyre live and handling.

We changed this brake fluid 12 months ago and the moisture content is to high again, this is why we check and service the brake system every time.

Ultraglide in for annual service a little under 5000kkms but the time is due.

Going over the sporster we noticed a unusual wear mark on the belt. The brake fluid moisture content is extremely high. As well we noticed oil seepage at the rocker box seal the will need addressing soon.

We have finally getting to the Ultraglide wiring problem, a friend did tell us that smoke came out of fairing at one stage. Everything seems to be working but the bike will not stay running

As we assemble customer's Streetglide we found another small issue, the exhaust crossover gasket had failed just a small thing we find as we go along. These little parts are becoming harder to get for 12 year old bikes.
