For 39 years and 4 months, the name Peter Griggs has been synonymous with Webster Trucks Parts in Hobart.
Yesterday marked the end of an era as Pete hung up his Webster Trucks uniform for the very last time, choosing to retire on his 60th birthday.
Customers and friends who have known 'Griggsy' for decades came together to give him the send-off he truly deserved, with a convoy of treasured Mack trucks rolling in to celebrate the man who has been such a big part of their lives and our business.
A well-deserved farewell for a well-loved and highly respected bloke. Pete's dedication, knowledge, and friendships have left a lasting mark on Webster Trucks and the wider transport community.
We'll miss you, Pete. Enjoy every moment of your retirement, and happy 60th birthday! 🎉🚛🎂
