📣 WE’RE HIRING – PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST / ADMIN 📣
Join the team at TNG Mechanical and Tyres – Darwin, NT

TNG Mechanical and Tyres is looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our busy workshop in a part-time role.

🕒 Hours:
Flexible part-time – either 3 full days per week or shorter hours across more days, depending on what suits you best.

🔧 Your main responsibilities will include:

Answering phones and greeting customers

Scheduling and booking in work

Sending emails and following up with clients

General invoicing and basic bookkeeping

Ordering parts and workshop supplies

Assisting with day-to-day office and admin tasks

💡 What we’re looking for:
✅ Strong communication and organisation skills
✅ Confident with basic computer tasks (experience with invoicing/bookkeeping software is a bonus)
✅ Friendly, professional, and proactive
✅ Able to work independently and as part of a small team
✅ Previous admin or receptionist experience preferred – but not essential for the right person

📍 Location: Darwin, NT
💰 Competitive hourly rate based on experience

Franna Crane call out today! Alternator wasn’t charging, after the usual checks all passed we had to dig deeper. We found some dodgy wiring repairs under the machine. We quickly cut it all out and repaired it properly and had the machine back online in a jiffy.
