The latest Ford ranger Superduty tuning is here 😎 ✅
Working from home at the minute we have done a bit of remote tuning on the latest Superduty platform.

Picking up 25-30kw 120nm at a clean 18AFR we have currently tested the MD1CP062 pcm with the older RB3G-14C205-EH cal and the newer RB3G-14C205-EJ cal
Tuning and all software solutions / map packs are ready to rock

They do turn up somewhat different to the standard next gen with some hardware differences and will love an exhaust and intercooler like all the newer ford products they heat soak quite quickly !

Introducing the newest member of our team Leyla, if we are a bit slow on the reply front for the next few weeks it’s because we have had the newest member of our family arrive 😁

The shop is closed as previously posted for module repairs over this period due to renovations and baby things, text through any inquiries as normal and I will do my best to respond in a timely manner
At this stage we plan business as usual for module testing and repair and in house tuning for early July

✅HEADS UP ALL ✅we’ll be closed for the whole of June ONLY for module testing repair and in house tuning, file service is as normal 😎

We’re doing a major workshop renovation and a big equipment upgrade for our electronic board repair and testing work. New gear coming in includes an X-ray machine, laser desoldering, and a full set of automotive module testing equipment.

This means we’ll be down for module repairs and testing for the month while everything gets installed, set up and dialled in. Once we’re back, turnaround and capability on board-level and module work will be a lot stronger for our trade customers across Australia

Thanks for your patience. We’ll post an update when we reopen in July.

Luke from LPJ Builds 3.2 Ranger in for a custom tune this week while he was here doing some work 😎
Picking up 45hp 125nm at a super clean 19AFR this Ranger now drives how it should ✅

On that note as a lot of our regulars know we will be closed for module testing and repairs over June as we have some major renovations happening
July is going to be exiting with some huge new additions of equipment coming in the electronic repairs side and a Awsome new space

Another common repair ! Mercedes W204 EIS, Key and ESCL testing ✅👍

All components are common to fail in this system with the ESCL being the most common failure point
We have a few options on these with repair of the factory lock or supply and programming of emulators to remove the factory lock and retain the key / eis and immo setup ✅

Isuzu MUX - 4JJ1 emissions compliant engine and transmission tune carried out last week
Picking up a cruisey 33hp 110nm at a super clean 18AFR this MUX will be happy towing around Australia for a long time to come ✅😎
