OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
We are looking for a full time experienced Adminstrator to support our busy sales, service and accounts teams.
The role will involve:
• Answering and redirecting incoming calls
• Reception duties
• Responding to customer inquiries in a timely & professional manner
• Process new crane sales orders and update workshop coordinator on installation timeframes and requirements
• Book freight deliveries
• Communicate with Sales Reps and workshop coordinator
• create sales quotes and manage sales documents
• Maintain facebook marketing posts
• Filing
• Process supplier invoices
• Stationery order processing
• Support sales, servicing and accounts team
• Monitor and reconcile petty cash
The successful applicant will have:
• Previous experience in a similar customer service/ administration role
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Ability to create written quotations, templates and spreadsheets to track them along with other CRM documents
• Advanced Microsoft Office Skills
• Reliable & punctual track record
• High level of motivation with the ability to work unsupervised
• A strong work ethic and ability to be a team player
• Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Display initiative and problem solving skills with a “can do” attitude
• Evidence of customer service focus
• A willingness to learn the basics about our technical products
