🔧 Boom Cylinder Reseal

Another job underway in the workshop — resealing a boom cylinder due to excessive leaking.

Getting it resealed and back to reliable working condition. 💪🚜

Yesterday was another big day out in the field! 🚜🔧

We travelled back out to a CAT D8R bulldozer to replace the fuel transfer pump after an issue with fuel making its way into the engine oil. The engine oil cooler was also replaced following concerns of engine oil entering the coolant.

Back in the workshop, Jhomar and Allan are continuing work on the Kenworth prime mover. The next stage is installing the engine and transmission, followed by fitting the cab back onto the truck to bring this job closer to completion.

Plenty happening and plenty of progress being made! 💪

Replaced a leaking hydraulic hose and carried out further investigation into the issue causing no movement in the work equipment.

Keeping the machines running and getting to the bottom of every fault. 💪🚜

Our team has been carrying out **annual DFES servicing** on two fire trucks, helping ensure they remain reliable and ready to respond when needed.

Meanwhile, Jomar has been continuing work on a **CAT engine rebuild**, carefully preparing and inspecting components as the rebuild progresses.
