🚨 WE’RE HIRING – ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT (MOORA, WA) 🚨

Tractus Australia is a busy and growing Tyre shop based in Moora, WA. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Administration Assistant to join our team and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

🛠️ About the Role
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You will be the first point of contact for customers while also supporting the workshop and office with essential admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Answering incoming phone calls and assisting customer enquiries
Face-to-face customer service and sales
Booking in jobs and scheduling work
Entering invoices and job cards into the system
General administrative duties
Maintaining a clean, tidy, and organised office environment

✅ What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and customer service skills
Good computer skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous admin or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
