Another new product to the Gravelrash lineup.

The Ford Barra engine has 2 hollow steel sleeves on the front to help align the cover for the oil pump and the harmonic balancer seal. During a rebuild these sleeves are often lost, rusted or corroded.

I have had my sleeves made from a 304 stainless steel so rust and corrosion cannot occur. Improved strength over the factory ones.

Over the many years of “playing cars” I had developed various parts used in my conversion of fitting the Ford Barra engine into a vehicle platform that never had such an engine of this size or power.

✅The kit I developed to fit Nissan R35 ignition coils (smart coils) into the FG Barra cylinder head. Without the need of purchasing a mega dollar aluminium plate and custom made thin walled silicon boots. My kit uses the ford OEM coil boots.

✅Barra power steer delete kit, relocates the tensioner into the old power steer position.

✅The Barra cam cap dowels to replace those annoying little dowels that crush so easily. Made from 304 stainless steel.

✅The timing cover dowels made from 304 stainless steel, replacing the rusty mild steel Ford version.

✅The 240amp alternator that fits both 2 & 3 pin type engines. Better than any LS alternator conversion.

✅Barra steel idler pulley to replace the pathetic plastic OEM pulley. Want reliability…fit a steel one.

The Holden VL Commodore side of dash speaker kit returns after many months nil stock they are back and in stock and ready to dispatch.

I like to call it the OEM+ series as they are stock factory in appearance yet are more powerful, poly corner and rubber suspension speaker rather than the original paper cone, foam suspension low power speaker.

The long awaited Ford C4 linear sensor gear position kit is back and in stock.

Have you done a Barra engine conversion and not running power steering in your project?  I actually built this kit of mine 6-7 years ago when putting the Barra into my XP Falcon and of course the internet experts said it wouldn’t work…😂 My kit has worked flawlessly all these years so tho
