Hey guys,
As of the 11/2/2022 SPR Mechanical will be closed as a business. We are taking no more bookings between now and then.
Certainly not a easily made decision, a lot of emotions that’s for sure. But hopefully bigger and better things to come for my family and I.
We are taking a new career path that’s not mechanical related.
All equipment is being sold. (Mainly all sold already).
I would like to thank everyone who has supported my business and helped me get to where I am today, I’m sorry for leaving customers in the dark as this is very short notice. A huge opportunity was offered on the 26/1/2022 and I couldn’t say no.
I owe so much to the people who went above and beyond for me, Especially my beautiful Wife Rikki Curtis , she may of well been single as I lived at work more then home) she kept me staying positive, focused and always helped push me to improve as a person and business. Every night I had a home cooked meal waiting for me no matter what time I would be home. I love you ❤️.
My parents Susan Curtis and Mark Curtis who put so much effort into building the business with me. It wouldn’t be half of what it was without you guys.
My Manager Austin Floyd who just doesn’t know when to put tools down 😂, Austin has gone above and beyond to keep business going when I stepped back to take a break.
Adam Muffett the other director of the business in the beginning with me, Bumpa Jukesy deserves a mention. Jukesy, Adam and I, it was the dream team. Every day was a proper good laugh incredible friendships were made and we all became family.
Josh bradley is a legend of a mate who has helped over the years since we were kids. Has never given up on my dreams and help me succeed every step of the way.
Previous staff members, mates who helped pulling all nighters to keep customers happy.
This business could of never worked without any of you guys and the effort you put in, it truly means the world to me.
And also all the other businesses/ Suppliers that backed my business, some great friendships have come from them and I’ll still visit from time to time.
Thanks everyone.
Shane Curtis
