We collect as much information as possible while quoting, so we can order the necessary parts then coordinate your booking for when all the parts are due to arrive. This means less time off the road for you.

Unfortunately, the majority of delays are beyond our control. Many car brands have limited parts stocked in Australia so we are forced to wait for international freight.

Trust us... we would prefer you have your car back than sitting in our yard too!
