Ash’s experience and expertise in detailing mean that no matter which department needs support, he is always ready to step in and lend a hand. The quality and care he puts into his work are unwavering, ensuring every vehicle is presented to the highest standard and ready for our customers.
During a recent period while the team was short staffed, Ash consistently demonstrated a positive can do attitude and stepped up wherever he was needed. From assisting across departments to helping ensure vehicles were prepared and delivered on time, his proactive approach helped keep everything running smoothly.
Ash is often one of the first to arrive and is always willing to go the extra mile to help the team. Whether it is supporting with used cars, staying back when demand is high or simply making sure the job is done properly, his dedication and teamwork never go unnoticed.
It has also been fantastic to see Ash come out of his shell more during his time with us, building connections across the dealership and bringing a great sense of positivity to those around him.
