💔 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS

Unfortunately, we have had to make this post due to an increase in situations where customers have collected their vehicles before payment was received. We have had multiple customers ask when picking up their vehicle to “pay when they get home,” advised that they have “forgotten their bank card” or that their “bank is down,” which has resulted in payments remaining outstanding. We have also experienced situations of fraudulent activity where false payment confirmations or screenshots have been provided, despite the funds not actually being received into our account.

We are incredibly grateful for the relationship we have with our customers and our local community, and we have always tried to be understanding and supportive where we can. We even offer payment instalment options like AfterPay & ZIP PAY for the convenience of our customers as we understand the cost of living has increased.

However, as a small family business, unpaid invoices directly affect our ability to continue operating effectively.

We kindly ask that customers do not request to collect their vehicle before payment has been made and confirmed.

This is not something we have wanted to share, but unfortunately it is now necessary as we have to protect our business and our team.

We genuinely appreciate all of our amazing customers who continue to support VMZ Automotive and understand where we are coming from. 🙏❤️
