We are seeking a reliable and organised Administration Assistant to join our team on a temporary casual basis to cover maternity leave.
Position Details
â—ŹCasual position
●2–3 days per week (16 to 24 hours per week)
●Hour’s negotiable (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5pm)
●Employment term of approximately 6–12 months
Key Responsibilities
â—ŹGeneral clerical and administrative duties
â—ŹData entry and record management
â—ŹFiling and document preparation
â—ŹAnswering phone calls and assisting with general office enquiries
â—ŹCustomer Service (phone and face to face)
Skills & Experience
â—ŹPrevious office administration experience preferred
â—ŹExperience with MYOB is desirable
â—ŹStrong organisational and communication skills
â—ŹProficient computer skills and attention to detail
â—ŹAbility to work independently and as part of a team
