Abusive behaviour. No person / business should have to tolerate this sort of behaviour while doing their job.

When we do our safety inspections we consider not only the safety of the car but the other people on the road or pedestrians that may be affected from an unsafe vehicle loosing control because of bald tyres or windscreen being badly damaged that its affecting vision.

Recently we failed a safety inspection (pink slip) due to a windscreen defect, bald tyre & some lights not working as they should. We informed customer of the inspection outcome and thats when the abuse started. Yelling and accusing us of just trying to rip him off & get money out of him & then demanding we pass it because it’s due in a few days & he believes that they are fine. We don’t sell windscreens or tyres so we don’t see a cent from the sale.

If you come into our workplace and abuse our staff you are not welcome back. If you then come back into our workplace and threaten us with defamation because we refuse to help you further after the abuse & threats please know we do have a great set of security cameras that record such situations.

We take the safety of our customers seriously!!! And always do our work with that in mind.
