Copley Hotel – Trading Update
The pub will be opening from 3pm today

From tomorrow onwards, we’ll be opening from 2pm, Monday to Saturday

Lunch service has now ceased, and Dinner Service is on hold until further notice

The bar and gaming will continue to operate as normal

A quick update from us!
We’re making a couple of changes. From now on, we’ll be opening at 2 PM.
We’re also hitting pause on our lunch service for the moment — with costs going up and not enough lunchtime traffic, it’s the best move for now.

Thanks for sticking with us. We can’t wait to see you in the afternoons.

Another week rolling through the Outback, and the Copley Hotel is firing up for a solid run of good food, cold drinks, and proper country hospitality. Whether you’re a local, a traveler passing through, or one of our regulars who knows exactly where their favorite seat is — here’s what we’ve got lined up.

WEDNESDAY – Steak Night
Mid‑week is sorted. Big, honest steaks cooked the way you like them, with all the good sides. Perfect for anyone who’s been on the road all day or just wants a proper feed without doing the dishes.

THURSDAY – Parmy Night
The classic stays strong. Crispy schnitzel, proper toppings, chips and salad. No fuss, no shortcuts — just a good parmy done right. Always a crowd favorite.

FRIDAY – Pizza, Pasta & Happy Hour
We’re kicking off the weekend early with Happy Hour from 4–6pm. Cold b**rs, good yarns, and that Friday feeling.
Then from 5pm it’s Pizza & Pasta Night — Thin & Crispy bases, big bowls of pasta, and easy meals for families, travelers, and anyone who wants to roll into the weekend properly fed.

Plenty happening, plenty pouring, and always a good reason to swing past the pub.

Back Tuesday with lunch from 12:00–2:00 and dinner rolling on as usual.

What’s On Next Week at the Copley Hotel
Another solid week rolling through the outback, and the pub’s got plenty happening if you’re hungry, thirsty, or just avoiding cooking. The bar’s cold, the kitchen’s firing, and the evenings are perfect for settling in.

Wednesday – Steak Night

Thursday – Parmy Night
