Hand polishing every month wasn’t the problem… the paint needed proper correction. 👀

The paintwork on a brand-new car is actually one of the oldest parts of the car. 👀

From the moment it leaves the factory, it begins a pretty serious journey. It’s handled multiple times, transported, stored, loaded onto ships, moved onto trucks, washed and prepared before finally arriving on your driveway.

And unfortunately, all of that can leave its mark.

This brand-new Isuzu MU-X was only a few weeks old, but the paintwork told a very different story.

Close to 16 hours of careful paint correction later, it was finally looking the way a new car should, before being locked in with a professional dual-layer ceramic coating system. ✨

Black paint doesn’t forgive much!

This 2017 Mustang came in needing some serious attention, with years of defects, swirls and imperfections taking away from what should be an incredible finish.

Around 20 hours of prep-work and a multi-stage paint correction went into bringing it back, carefully cutting, polishing and refining the paint before locking in the result with CQuartz Finest Reserve ceramic coating.

Is the paint perfect? No. Paint rarely is.

But the transformation? Night and day.

Every car is different, and knowing how far you can safely push the correction is where experience matters.

POV: arriving at the home of a customer who’s trusted me with their cars since day one. 🤝

I’ve looked after close to 10 vehicles for this family over the years, and even after relocating to Cooranbong, I still make the trip back to Sydney for cars as special as this old-school Fiat 124.

Because when someone has supported your business from the beginning, distance doesn’t matter.
