JZX110 Manual conversion

Had beautiful example of a series 2 JZX110 Mark II in for a manual conversion. I’ve known Andy for a while through the JZX community and having him reach out and trust me to convert his car I jumped at the chance, this car is literally fresh off the boat and out of compliance.

Andy dropped it off with every single part id need to do the swap, with a mix of OEM and aftermarket parts where needed. With some hard to get bits now like the manual tunnel, clutch pedal bracket and shifter surround this truely was the best case scenario.

A recent Elite 2500 for JZX100 chaser. DBW, R35 coils, a bunch of sensors and all made to be tucked and hidden under his intake manifold for his refreshed engine bay. I’ll be sure to update when it arrives at for its tune.

A major update for Purrfect Automotive and moving forward in the future. Due to high demand and not enough hours in the day, I’ll be winding back my mobile wiring services. Any customers I have pre-existing relationships with will continue to have access to that service but at this point I am not taking on any new clients and moving to strictly engine harnesses and re-wires.

What does this mean? Nothing really, I’ll still come measure your car for a harness and I’m still building harnesses at home, still wiring cars but when it comes to in-depth complex jobs I either need to car at my premise or arrangements made with the guys to have it at Unfortunately I don’t have enough time in the day for diagnosing and repair/odd jobs and it was either hire an employee or pivot in this direction. My goal was never to have to worry about employee’s and purely be a one man show so I hope you understand my reasoning and look forward to providing an affordable solution to your custom wiring needs.

Pumped on how this Nexus R3 turned out for

threw me the keys (ecu) and told me to do my thing and I took it and ran. Utilising a flying lead haltech harness for simplicity sake and future wiring that may not be done by me as Ben is from central Queensland I made the loom with multiple breakout connectors for both body and engine bay.

A sensor, gearbox, throttle body, injectors, coilpacks and interior sub harness means any future upgrades don’t involve cutting up the core harness. Being prewired for Drive By Wire in both the engine harness and body harness means it’s a small sub harness away instead of tracing wires and cutting into braided sleeving.

This loom features crank and cam sensors, injectors, coils, onboard wideband, tps, boost control, water temp and pressure, air temp, 2 knock sensors, oil temp and pressure, fuel pressure, flex sensor, output shaft speed, aircon and fuel pump with a new uC-10 to view it all.

Back to my roots! Love a good mini truck, my first car being a 97 Toyota hilux I did a 1jz swap on and how I taught myself wiring this car got me hyped!

The customer did an awesome job on this SR20 conversion and the rest of the work on the car but decided the wiring wasn’t for him and here I am, I finished the fusebox relocation for him, wired in his iC7 for street duties and the crown jewel, a Haltech elite 1000 premium harness with all new connectors, thermo fans, aircon, boost control, gearbox harness, and a sensor harness breakout for future proofing when they decide to add extra sensors.

This was a fun harness to make and super happy with how it turned out, I matched the owners style with this the best i could and tucked the harness for a clean and simple look.

the little 16v that could. Rob finished up assembly of his 4age 16v “test” car and dropped it off for his Monsoon to be wired in, paired with a and a fusebox for all engine related accessories. With the future goal to transplant this into one of his many other corollas everything was made to be modular and easily changed/remade if needed.

Had beautiful JZX100 Mark ii in for a round of upgrades and general maintence. Supplied and fitted a G4x Plug And Play, wideband controller, Bosch 1650cc Injectors, Ti Automotive 460lp/h pump, upgraded fuel pump wiring, a sensor harness utilising the best Syltech Sensors with any extra/unused inputs and output in a 12p DTM connector.

General maintence work carried out was front main seal, cam seals, complete water pump assembly, timing belt, idler, tensioner as well as customer requested valve stem seals. Beginning to pull the motor down for service work I discovered EXCESSIVE front wheel play on the turbo being the cause of the Smokey exhaust, advised the customer and he wanted to carry out the valve stem seals job for peace of mind.

Roland has ordered a g30-770 kit and he’ll back in a week or so for a tune and make some power!
