Quick Karbonius CSL style intake installed on this S54 swapped E30 today. MSS54HP DME and CSL MAP sensor conversion completed. Makes these sound absolutely amazing.

Manual conversion coding, wiring and DME flash done today on this amazing E46 M3 CSL.

A little bit more involved than a standard M3 SMG to manual setup but all functions working as they should and no errors or lights present.

Have an S54 engine complete available from a customer build changing direction, still in car and will be available with all electrics and accessories plus exhaust and oil cooler etc. Also an SMG 420G available as is or could have it converted to manual for you. Can also assist with any of our parts needed to put this in another chassis.

New high torque lightweight flywheel and clutch kits now available for GS6-37BZ/DZ transmissions on an M5x/S5x motor. These kits utilise an OE BMW 550i pressure plate for high torque handling while retaining an OE style pedal feel. These are available in organic or 6 puck ceramic versions.

Perfect for a turbo M5x running the GS6-37 gearboxes without having to go to a twin plate setup.

Another S54 E30 completed, ready to go back to the customer.

Build consists of:

S54 with Beisan complete VANOS rebuild with Cryo treated exhaust sprocket & drilled pump disc. ARP rod bolts and King Racing bearings.

Karbonius E30 Spec CSL Intake with GreshM CSL MAP sensor conversion + tune.

Harper Fab fabricated 9L front sump with wings (45mm higher than E34 sump).

Achilles oil pump upgrade on M52 oil pump.

Bosch i-Booster electric brake booster conversion.

PWR 52mm E36 M3 radiator.

E46 purple tag steering rack.

BCP modified factory exhaust manifolds and full exhaust.

GS6-37BZ 6spd ZF transmission with GreshM lightweight clutch & RHD flywheel to suit.

The car is a blast to drive and the sound from the front is glorious under load.

Our GS6-37BZ/DZ 6 speed lightweight flywheel and clutch kits are now available for M5x based motors, these kits allow you to directly bolt up the short input shaft ZF GS6-37 transmissions to your M5x based motor. The GS6-37 transmissions are a great option for when an overdrive gear is needed or as a more modern upgrade than the old ZF320Z 5spd.

A set of reground cams fitted into an ESS TS2 supercharged 330Ci today, we will be getting some more stock of these cams and will be able to offer them on an exchange basis for your M52TU/M54 shortly.

262/258 profiles designed to work with factory VANOS and valve springs, these are still friendly on the street with a little bit of lump at idle.
