OZI Aluminium Trailers Gold Coast Ozi Aluminium trailers, we have been building Alloy trailers on the Gold Coast @ GCCM since 2016. Our chassis are bolted together.

Our Ozi aluminium boat trailers are designed by us for use in the Australian market to outperform and outlast conventional galvanised steel trailers. Our trailers are engineer certified and exceed the national Australian standards. We collaborate closely with every customer to design and build trailers tailored to their exact requirements and specifications. We also understand that many of our customers are located far from our Gold Coast factory, so reliability, durability, and safety are always front of mind.

This particular trailer was built for a wonderful couple who regularly travel long distances on winding, uneven roads. To suit their needs, we custom-designed the setup for their Bayliner F16 Element, including specially engineered axles to achieve a lower ride height — improving stability, safety, and overall towing performance.

The result? A trailer perfectly matched to their boat and lifestyle — and very happy customers.
